ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by CoupleTShirt, CoupleTShirt reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct errors in its catalogue and refuse orders at its discretion including, without limitation, orders from distributors, dealers and warehouse stores.
Shipping charges will be beared by you. All orders received will be shipped the next following business day. All complete, ready-to-ship, verified, and approved orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Customers should not count the day an order ships as a shipping day. Business days would be considered Monday through Friday excluding Public Holidays.
Email notifications will be provided with a tracking number to check the status of your order. It is customers’ responsibility to track the order, hence CoupleTShirt will not be held responsible for howsoever matter arising due to shipping problems.

All items will be shipped according to availability. If items are not readily available, we will try our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. CoupleTShirt will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped via POSLAJU to the confirmed delivery address unless otherwise requested. Packages are delivered in an average of 3- 5 business days to any destination in Malaysia.

CoupleTShirt shall endeavour to inform you of extended delivery times at the time you place your order. In any case, CoupleTShirt shall not be liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of the products. Any delay in delivery shall not give you the right to reject or cancel your order.
